BAUSION-FLEX / -ELASTIC
Bausion-Flex and Bausion-Elastic are the perfect roof coating, for instance for garden houses and garages.
Bausion-Flex and Bausion-Elastic are also suitable for repairing and maintaining bituminous sealed surfaces. These include flat roofs, wall connections and building transitions in particular.
Bausion-Flex is a bitumen-latex emulsion and thereby environmentally friendly. It does not contain solvents and is therefore safe to use in closed spaces, however it is not meant for use inside living areas. Bausion-Elastic contains solvents and can also be used during the winter months.
When fully dried, Bausion-Flex and Bausion-Elastic are waterproof and resistant to cold and heat. Bausion-Flex and Bausion-Elastic reliably protect your structure from wetness and other weather effects, stagnant and seeping water as well as condensation and soil moisture.
It is easy to bridge any resulting cracks when Bausion-Flex or Bausion-Elastic is used with a fleece inlay.
After having been mixed, Bausion-Flex and Bausion-Elastic are applied and evenly distributed on the damaged area using either a soft brush, roller, wide brush or spraying device.
Bausion-Flex and Bausion-Elastic are applied in two applications. A fleece inlay is required for particularly stressed areas and areas that are at risk of cracking. After a drying time of 12-15 hours per coating, the overall coat is weatherproof. Dried Bausion-Flex and Bausion-Elastic can be removed using ESTOL-Ultra-Clean, gasoline, turpentine or similar solvents.
Bausion-Elastic is available in 5 kg, 10 kg and 30 kg containers. 56, 42 and/or 16 containers are packed onto one pallet. Bausion-Elastic is frost-tolerant and can be stored in its original container for up to one year. Keep the container firmly closed and store in a well-ventilated location away from open flame and sources of heat.
