PAVING SPRAY MACHINE
For years now you can’t think of road construction without our paving spray machines coming to mind. Today, our paving spray machines, with their adjustable spray bars and precise bonding agent dosing mechanism, provide the greatest convenience for bituminous large-area road maintenance and layer adhesion.
Our paving spray machines transport, store, temper and spray standard road construction bonding agents without a hazard class. The pump unit is mounted on the rear of the tank. Pre-spraying work or repairs can be performed with the pump using a hand lance. Pre-spraying work and smaller surface treatments can be performed by adding a spray bar. The ratio between the spray pressure and driving speed, according to a spraying pressure chart, determines the bonding agent dosage.

With their gas heating, our service tanks ensure an optimum processing temperature. Each service tank is equipped with a diesel-motor driven bonding agent pump, a spray bar for full-surface application and a hand lance. They can be used like conventional spraying machines however, they have a higher daily output because e.g. there is no need for inconvenient filling from drums.
