Road repair work refers to the repair and restoration of damaged road surfaces. This work includes various measures to ensure traffic safety and the service life of the road.
ESTOL – Repair mortar L
ESTOL Repair mortar L is used to repair damage in all road surfaces up to a depth of approx. 15 mm. Deeper damaged areas are filled in several layers with ESTOL Repair Mortar L and/or Makabit® Super 82. ESTOL Repair Mortar L impresses with its fine grain size, its fast-setting properties, the fact that it is very compact and can be pulled out to almost zero. It is therefore particularly suitable for completing previous repair work with other materials. It can be applied regardless of the weather and can be used all year round, even at freezing temperatures. After curing, ESTOL Repair Mortar L achieves the equivalent stability of a hot asphalt pavement and is verifiably recyclable (documented by a KIT test report). It can be used to create a new surface course, for example after the raising and regulation of manholes and gutter inlets, as well as to create a new surface course after all excavations in traffic areas or to create ramps and repairs both on industrial floors (also in concrete) and on yard and garage surfaces.
