Mission

When it comes to layer bonding, we rely on our three musketeers: machine, team, and emulsion. Where exactly does our superpower lie? In our reliable emulsion solution of consistent quality. In our use of state-of-the-art machines. And in our professional team, which doesn't leave the site until it's perfect. In other words, when we do layer bonding, we do it to perfection—our customers don’t have to worry about a thing. Still have questions? What exactly is layer bonding? We’ve got the answer for that too: Layer bonding refers to the connection between two asphalt layers, preventing them from shifting under traffic loads. This significantly improves the durability and resilience of asphalt pavements. This connection consists of interlocking and adhesion. Effective interlocking is achieved when the lower layer (substrate) is sufficiently rough. Adhesion between the layers is created using a binder like bitumen emulsion. This bond is essential to prevent movement between layers caused by climatic and traffic stresses. A properly executed layer bond is a prerequisite for a long-lasting road surface.
