Our mission statement
Many roads and paths are increasingly suffering from the effects of climate and traffic, which over time can lead to a process of fatigue and wear and tear, and ultimately to destruction. This process must be counteracted by suitable repair and renovation measures so that the structural maintenance is influenced in such a way that the requirements of safety and order are met. Süddeutsche Teerindustrie GmbH & Co. KG has been working on technologies for perfect road maintenance for over 110 years.
Our fleet
A bitumen emulsion is a mixture of bitumen, water and various emulsifiers. Both road construction bitumen and polymer-modified bitumen can be used to produce it. Depending on the type of bitumen emulsion, the proportion of bitumen can be between 40 and 70 percent.
We would be happy to advise you on which bitumen emulsion is suitable for which substrate, road conditions and weather conditions.
