CURRENT TRAINING PROFESSIONS

During your training, you will get to know the various commercial areas at Süddeutsche Teerindustrie GmbH & Co. KG. This includes the purchasing department, where you will learn how to make inquiries and compare offers, as well as how to determine suitable suppliers.table suppliers. The area of materials management also plays a decisive role here, as this is often where the impetus for the ordering process comes from. As soon as the material arrives on site and has been checked by our in-house laboratory, it has to be processed. This involves tasks such as personnel planning and production control. In dispatch, you will gain insight into construction site planning and the processing of numerous orders, as you will support customer distribution in addition to providing personal and media-based customer service. In addition, you will be entrusted with tasks relating to costing, preparing quotations, order entry and shipping with our own or contracted vehicles. In the marketing segment, which affects all areas and departments, you will gain valuable insights into dispatching and the associated measuring tasks. The areas of controlling and financial accounting also offer interesting challenges. During your training, you will also have contact with our foreign subsidiaries and domestic partner companies in the various departments. Your skills and responsibilities will grow with each year of training.

After completing your training, you will be well equipped to work in all departments.
