During your training, you will get to know the different commercial areas at Süddeutsche Teerindustrie GmbH & Co. KG. This includes the purchasing department, where you will be taught, for example, how to make enquiries and compare offers, as well as determining suitable suppliers. The materials management area also plays a crucial role here, as this is where the impetus for the ordering process often comes from. As soon as the material is on site and has been checked by the in-house laboratory, it has to be processed. This involves tasks such as personnel planning and production control. In scheduling, you will gain an insight into construction site planning and the processing of numerous orders, as you will support the customer's sales department in addition to personal and media customer support. You will also be entrusted with topics ranging from calculations, quotation preparation, order entry to shipping using your own or a freight forwarder's vehicles. In the marketing segment, which affects all areas and departments, you will gain optimal insights into scheduling and the associated trade fairs. But the areas of controlling and financial accounting also offer an interesting challenge. During your training, you will also have contact with our foreign subsidiaries and domestic partner companies in the various departments. Your skills and responsibility grow with each year of your training.

After completing your training, you will be well equipped to work in all departments.
